Set Hand

Is it true that if you put hand sanitizer or cologne on your hand set on it fire wil it hurt?
I heard lots of things and people saying put cologne on your hand, set it on fire it won’t hurt and the same thing for hand sanitizer and was wondering which one is it or neither ?
They both contain alchol, alcohol burns, as does skin, and burning skin sends a pain message to the brain which in turn sends this message to your mouth, “Sh*t that hurts!”
Sounds like someone is trying to dupe you into doing something stupid. When I was a kid my uncle told me that if I rub hot sauce on my face it would make my whiskers grow. Didn’t work.
